Photo free-for-all!

Since it's been a while since I last posted, I thought I'd go through my phone's camera roll and share with you all the fun stuff I've gotten over the past few weeks.

You may see the teachers' heads down from time to time on our phones but we promise it's always for programme related reasons. Our attendance sheets and emergency information is on there and here are some other things we've looked up in the past couple of weeks (usually prompted by the kids):

-How to say sloth in french (paresseux)
-How high a kangaroo can jump (6 feet straight up and 25 feet forward)
-How to say kleenex in sign language
-Children's songs
-Photos of different kinds of dogs
-The sound of a dinosaur (who knew they sounded like birds?)

Aren't they great?

Anyway, here are some photos of your gorgeous, interesting, fascinating children!

Creative thinking!

Since our sensory areas and soft furnishings are down for the count for the next little while, we needed something fun and interesting at the playdough table. Enter two of rolls of butcher paper and a couple of blocks of markers and voila! a simple but engaging art idea that focuses on teamwork, gross motor strength and creativity. We'll have playdough and gak out again soon but in the meantime, look out for really cool things at the "big, round table"!
